Bistro is a typical European-style restaurant model of France, which is a
“hybrid” with a bit of dynamism of a bar and a bit of quietness of a café. The bistro’s size is relatively small in an intimate setting, serving mainly simple and pleasant dishes more than restaurants.
Because of the simplicity of the interior layout, the menu of the dishes and the needs of the diners, the bistro has a pleasant and comfortable space, suitable for appointments, quick lunch, family dinners or dates.
When introduced to Da Nang, Vicolo seems to have changed a bit. The space is more invested, with a sophisticated European style while the food or drink is more eyecatching and luxurious to meet the hi-end
